Daniel Arango is a highly qualified professional with over 15 years of experience working in emergencies, humanitarian relief, and programming for internally displaced persons, refugees, and vulnerable populations.
Arango has prior experience working in humanitarian organizations such as the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC), Canadian Red Cross, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). He has managed and coordinated operations in more than 10 countries in Asia, Africa, and the Americas responding to human migration and natural disasters.
With a bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s degree in social work, Arango brings a dynamic background that is critical to the implementation of PADF’s program in Panama.
