Ivette Medina is a Program Director for the Pan American Development Foundation’s migration program in Costa Rica. She is a highly qualified professional with 10 years of experience in international cooperation affairs, financial and budget management, project development and management, and public policy design.
Medina assisted in the development and management of programs in humanitarian assistance and civil society participation in some of the most restrictive environments in Latin America. She has vast experience in managing and supporting local sub-grantees with financial and technical assistance. Medina also has experience in providing health care and distributing medicine, medical supplies, and food assistance to vulnerable populations.
Medina is an economist with a master’s degree in international development from the University of Amsterdam.
